3. Donations & Purchases

Monetary Donations

  • All donations are non-refundable
  • Tax exemption certificates provided as per Indian laws

In-Kind Donations (Books, Clothes, etc.)

  • Must contact us first via the Donation Inquiry Form
  • We reserve the right to decline items based on current needs

Shop Purchases

  • Handmade products are non-returnable (unless damaged)
  • Shipping delays in rural areas may occur

4. Volunteer Registrations

  • Submitting the form does not guarantee selection
  • NEDDS may conduct background checks for certain roles
  • Volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct

5. Assam Scholar Talent Search Exam (Future Initiative)

  • Exam dates, fees (if any), and syllabi will be announced later
  • Online form submissions are final—no edits after submission
  • Results will be published on this website only

6. Privacy & Data

  • We collect only necessary data (donations, volunteer info)
  • Never share/sell your details to third parties
  • Read our full Privacy Policy

7. Limitations

  • NEDDS is not liable for:
    • Website downtime or technical errors
