- Flat Rate: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.

6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for resolution.

- If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the courier or resend the order (subject to investigation).
