NEDDS Shipping Policy Last Updated: 5 April-2025 At North East Disabled Development Society (NEDDS), we strive to deliver your purchased handmade products with care and efficiency. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Handmade Products: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: May require additional 1–2 weeks for production.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times may vary due to:

Remote locations (especially in Northeast India)
Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500 (Standard Shipping only).
Flat Rate: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Track your order through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for resolution.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier or resend the order (subject to investigation).
