North East Disabled Development Society (NEDDS), we deeply appreciate your support through donations and purchases. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Donations
- All donations are non-refundable as they are immediately directed toward our charitable programs.
- Tax receipts will be issued as per applicable laws for eligible donations.
2. Handmade Product Purchases
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Non-Defective Items
- Due to the nature of our handmade products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged.
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

- Your order/donation details
- Reason for the request
- Supporting images (if applicable)
We will respond within
3 business days.
5. Non-Applicability
This policy does not cover:
- Donations of goods (e.g., clothes, books)
- Digital products or services
- Items purchased through third-party platforms
